My Crazy Girls Update!

I started this blog to try to keep up with events that are going on with this crazy life I live in and to capture memories.  With that being said, I'm going to try to post more often.  I'm not even sure who all reads this blog anymore, but I will at least try for myself.  It's been a VERY long time since I've posted.

In the Summer of 2013 our family moved back to Cedar Rapids, IA for a job opportunity that Lenard took with US Cellular.  He has been with the company for 19 years!  I also came back to US Cellular and I'm looking forward to grow in my career and take the opportunity the company has provided for me to go to college and get my Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management.

I'm sharing some recent pictures of my life right now.  I would like to go back and fill in the large time gap with some pictures, but that would require a lot more time then I have.

My three beautiful daughters are growing so fast.  They are finishing up the 2014-2015 school year.  Sharaden will be headed into 9th grade at Marion high School this year, Abby will be going into 6th grade and Vernon Middle School and Dory will be going into 4th grade at Francis Marion Independent School.  Three different Schools!!

Updates on Sharaden:

Sharaden was awarded the Presidential Academic Scholarship Award this year in 8th grade.  She maintained a 3.5 GPA throughout the year and scored 85% or higher on the Iowa Assessment test.  She spent many months in the show choir, jazz choir, jazz band and band.  She had a lot of fun this year!!  She has come a very long way from where she was at emotionally and physically this time last year.

Update on Abby:

Abby continues to be my crazy child.  She is care free, fun to be around and is the tallest in her class.  She is stand at 5'7" and is going into 6th grade.  She went to a couple volleyball camps this spring and says she likes it, so I hope that she get involved in some type of sport to be able to use her height to her advantage.  She  enjoys playing minecraft on her computer and XBOX and she is playing the flute.  She says she wants to start playing the Alto Sax next year.  She is currently obsessed with My Little Pony!

She is never serious!

Life

Life is crazy as usual. A lot has changed since my last post.
On March 21, 2011 I started a new job. I accepted a job as an Office Manager/Opereations Director of Morgantown's largest real estate company, KLM Properties, Inc. (klmproperties.com)
I have the pleasure of working with a lot of wonderful people and enjoy my job a lot!
During the first part of summer we were able to spend some time on out boat and at our campsite in Tygart Lake, WV. then...
In August we had to moved to a new house, resulting with the girls having to go to a new school. They are all doing wonderful in school and enjoy going everyday!
Basketball will be starting up again really soon. Abby decided that she didn't want to cheer, so it's just Sharaden playing this season.
Well untill next time, here are some pictures of the girls hope you enjoy them!

Girls, Girls, Girls!!!

Fall is FAST approaching here in the northwestern, WV and I'm not looking forward to it! here are some things going on in the Boggs' household....
  • The girls are in gymnastics and they're loving it.
  • Sharaden and Abby will be celebrating their birthday's on October 11th with our friends Mike & Teri from Iowa. This will be the 3rd year they visited during the girls birthdays!
  • We will be going to the Taylor Swift concert on Thursday Oct 1st. we bought the girls tickets for their birthday and their friend Bri will be coming along with their cousin Meghan, Aunt Veronica, Aunt Tina & Aunt Lacey. It's gonna be so much fun!!
  • We will be going to Elkins, WV for the forest Festival this weekend. It will be the last time this season :( I sure hope the weather is nice.
We have a new family member! Her name is Bella. She is a 3 year old Golden Retreiver. She is a dream come true. We rescued her from a family that was getting ready to move and wasn't gonna take her along. She is such a good dog and it's really sad that she had to live the first three years of her life the way she did. She was never let in the house, never socialized and never had a bath. Considering this, she is really good. The girls can walk her around the block and she doesn't even chase the stray cat or mind other dogs that come her way. She is kinda scared of our cat Lucky, because he is such a bully, but I think that she will be fine after a few weeks of them together. One of the first things that she does when she goes into a room is jump on the bed. I really don't want her on the bed, but it's where she feels comfortable when Lucky comes it. I think she doesn't know Lucky canjump on the be too! They were so excited when we brought her home, that they didn't want to go to bed, so this is where they all fell asleep!!
this is where she spends most of her day
